Summary: Solver7 provides digital educational access on a subscription basis. One subscription gives access to the selected subject/class plan through one registered account, subject to fair use, payment, and these terms.
1. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Solver7, operated by Axiom Analytics. By visiting the website, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the app, the user agrees to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Data Deletion Policy, and other policies published by Axiom Analytics.
2. Description of service
Solver7 is a digital educational platform that may include textbook questions and answers, multiple explanation modes, Ask AI, previous-year exam paper questions and answers, generated lesson-level papers, one-mark, two-mark, five-mark, ten-mark papers, and mock exam papers. Features, subjects, boards, classes, availability, and content coverage may change over time.
3. Eligibility
Solver7 may be used by students, parents, guardians, teachers, tutors, and schools. Users below the age required to contract under applicable law should use the platform with the consent and supervision of a parent, guardian, teacher, or authorised institution.
4. Account registration
Users are responsible for providing accurate registration information and maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials. Users are responsible for activity that occurs through their account. Unauthorised access, credential sharing, resale, misuse, or attempts to bypass account restrictions are prohibited.
5. Subscription plans and access
Solver7 may offer subject-wise, multi-subject, all-subject, family, or class-based plans. The current plan structure, pricing, inclusions, and taxes will be shown on the website or app at the time of purchase. Unless specifically stated otherwise, the subscription provides digital access for the selected plan and does not include physical books, printed material, offline coaching, or live tutoring.
6. Same price for students and teachers
Solver7 may permit students, parents, teachers, tutors, and schools to purchase the same subscription plans at the same listed price. The subscription is tied to the registered account and selected plan. A subscription may not be resold, sublicensed, publicly distributed, or used to create a competing product or service.
7. Unlimited and fair use
Solver7 may describe certain features as unlimited, including paper generation or AI-assisted learning usage. “Unlimited” means reasonable use for genuine learning, teaching preparation, revision, and academic practice. It does not permit automated scraping, mass downloading, credential sharing, bot usage, reverse engineering, abusive usage, excessive load generation, commercial redistribution, or activities that degrade the service for others.
Axiom Analytics may apply technical limits, rate limits, abuse controls, or temporary restrictions to protect platform stability, prevent misuse, comply with law, and maintain fair access for all users.
8. Educational purpose and no guarantee of results
Solver7 is intended to support learning and exam preparation. While we aim to provide accurate, useful, and exam-aligned content, we do not guarantee marks, ranks, exam success, admission, or specific academic outcomes. Users should verify important answers with official textbooks, teachers, school materials, board guidance, and examination instructions.
9. AI-generated or AI-assisted content
AI-assisted answers may occasionally contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or interpretations that require review. Users should not rely on AI outputs as the sole authority for examinations or academic submissions. Axiom Analytics may improve, modify, moderate, or restrict AI features to improve quality and safety.
10. User responsibilities
- Use Solver7 only for lawful educational purposes.
- Do not upload or enter unlawful, harmful, abusive, confidential, or unnecessary personal information.
- Do not attempt to hack, overload, scrape, copy, resell, or reverse engineer the platform.
- Do not share login credentials publicly or with unauthorised users.
- Do not use generated content to mislead, cheat, impersonate, or violate academic rules.
11. Intellectual property
The Solver7 platform, design, software, workflows, explanations, generated formats, branding, logos, compiled content, and service structure are owned by or licensed to Axiom Analytics. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use Solver7 for personal learning, teaching preparation, or authorised academic use under the selected subscription.
12. User-generated inputs
Users retain responsibility for questions, prompts, uploaded text, or other inputs submitted to Solver7. By submitting inputs, users grant Axiom Analytics the limited right to process such inputs to provide the requested service, generate outputs, maintain safety, troubleshoot issues, and improve the platform in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
13. Payments
Payments may be processed through Razorpay or other authorised payment providers. Users agree to provide accurate payment information and comply with the payment provider’s applicable terms. Subscription access may be activated only after successful payment confirmation.
14. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Solver7 subscriptions are eligible for full refund if a valid claim is made within 7 calendar days from payment, subject to verification.
15. Suspension or termination
Axiom Analytics may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, misuses the platform, shares credentials, attempts unauthorised access, violates law, causes security risk, or engages in abusive conduct. Where feasible, we may provide notice, but urgent action may be taken without notice to protect the platform or other users.
16. Service availability
We aim to keep Solver7 available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, outages, internet issues, third-party service failures, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our control.
17. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axiom Analytics will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of marks, academic opportunity, data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use or inability to use Solver7.
18. Changes to service or terms
We may update features, plans, content, pricing, policies, or these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be published on the website or app with an effective date. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
19. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction over disputes relating to Solver7 or these Terms.
