Solver7 is an educational learning and exam-preparation platform operated by Axiom Analytics. The platform provides textbook question answers, previous-year exam paper questions and answers, generated lesson-level tests, mock exam papers, and AI-assisted learning features.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Solver7 website, application, user accounts, subscription services, AI-assisted learning features, support interactions, and any related digital services offered through Solver7.

3.1 Account and profile information

• Name of the user, parent, guardian, teacher, or account holder, where provided.

• Class, board, subject, school/coaching information, or learning preferences, where provided by the user.
• Subscription plan, selected subjects/classes, invoice/payment status, and account access status.

3.2 Learning and portal usage data

• Questions viewed, chapters accessed, explanation modes used, previous-year paper usage, generated papers, mock paper attempts, and learning activity.
• Prompts, questions, doubt-clearing requests, and interactions with the Ask AI feature.
• Test generation preferences such as chapter, marks, question type, difficulty, and paper format.
• Usage patterns such as frequently accessed topics, abandoned flows, search queries within the platform, and feature interaction data.

3.3 Technical and security information

• Device type, browser, operating system, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, session logs, error logs, timestamps, and authentication events.
• Cookies, local storage, or similar technologies required for login sessions, security, analytics, and platform functionality.

3.4 Payment information

Payments may be processed through Razorpay or another authorised payment service provider. Solver7 may receive payment status, transaction identifier, amount, subscription plan, payment method type, invoice details, refund status, and related payment metadata. Solver7 does not store full card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, net-banking passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials.

3.5 Support and communication data

• Messages sent to our support email or through support forms.
• Refund requests, deletion requests, account queries, complaints, and related correspondence.

4. How we use information

We use collected information for the following purposes:

5. No data sharing policy

Solver7 follows a no data sale and no unrelated sharing policy. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share personal information with third parties for advertising, data brokerage, or unrelated commercial use.

Limited data may be processed by trusted service providers only when necessary to operate Solver7, such as payment processing, cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics, customer support, fraud prevention, security, and technical infrastructure. Such service providers are permitted to process data only for the services they provide to us and not for their independent marketing purposes.

6. AI feature and learning content handling

When a user uses the Ask AI feature or generates papers, the user’s input may be processed to produce the requested answer, explanation, paper, or learning output. Users should avoid entering unnecessary personal, sensitive, or confidential information in AI prompts. We may use aggregated and de-identified usage patterns to improve learning flows, content coverage, and product quality.

7. Children and student users

Solver7 is designed for students, parents, guardians, teachers, and schools. Where a student is below the age required to provide valid consent under applicable law, the platform should be used with the knowledge and consent of a parent, guardian, teacher, or authorised school representative. Parents or guardians may contact us to review, correct, restrict, or delete a child’s personal information, subject to legal and operational requirements.

8. Cookies and similar technologies
