Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to subscriptions purchased for Solver7 through the website, application, Razorpay checkout, payment links, or any other authorised payment method provided by Axiom Analytics.

2. Digital subscription service

Solver7 provides digital educational access, including textbook questions and answers, previous-year exam paper questions and answers, AI-assisted explanations, lesson-level test papers, one-mark, two-mark, five-mark, ten-mark papers, and mock exam papers. Access is delivered digitally after successful payment and account activation.

3. 7-day full refund policy

A user may request a 100% refund of the subscription amount paid if the refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of successful payment.

Example: If payment is made on 1 July, the refund request must reach us on or before 8 July, unless a different date is required by applicable law.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] with the following details:

• Registered email address or mobile number used on Solver7.
• Name of the account holder.
• Date of payment.
• Amount paid.
• Razorpay payment ID, order ID, invoice number, or transaction reference, if available.
• Reason for refund request. This helps us improve the product but does not affect eligibility within the 7-day refund window.

5. Refund approval and processing timeline

Once a refund request is received, we will verify the payment and account details. Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method used for the transaction. Refund initiation is typically completed within 5 to 7 business days from approval. The final credit to the user’s bank account, card, UPI account, or wallet may take additional time depending on the bank, card network, UPI provider, wallet provider, or payment gateway.

6. Refund mode

Refunds are normally processed to the original payment instrument used for the purchase. We do not usually process refunds to a different bank account, UPI ID, wallet, or payment instrument unless required and technically supported by the payment provider.

7. Cancellation of subscription access after refund

Once a refund is approved and initiated, the related Solver7 subscription access may be cancelled or disabled. Generated content, saved papers, history, and account data may be retained or deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Policy.

8. Requests after 7 days

Refund requests received after 7 calendar days from the date of payment are generally not eligible for refund. However, Axiom Analytics may, at its discretion, review exceptional cases such as duplicate payments, technical payment errors, accidental multiple charges, or non-activation of paid access.

9. Duplicate or failed transactions

If a user is charged more than once for the same subscription, or if payment succeeds but access is not activated, the user should contact us at [email protected]. After verification, we will either activate access or initiate a refund for the duplicate/incorrect transaction.

10. No physical returns

Solver7 is a digital service. There are no physical products to return. Refund eligibility is based on the payment date, subscription status, and this policy.

11. Cancellation of recurring payments, if applicable

If Solver7 introduces recurring subscriptions or auto-renewal, users may cancel future renewals through the platform, payment mandate settings, or by contacting support. Cancellation of future renewal does not automatically create a refund for the current subscription period unless the request is within the 7-day refund window or otherwise approved by us.
