Acceptable Use Policy
Summary: Solver7 is built for learning, practice, revision, teaching preparation, and exam readiness. Misuse, abuse, scraping, credential sharing, redistribution, or attempts to harm the platform are not permitted.
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy explains the rules for responsible use of Solver7. It applies to all users, including students, parents, teachers, tutors, schools, and institutions.
2. Permitted use
Users may use Solver7 for lawful educational purposes, including:
- Understanding textbook questions and answers.
- Practising previous-year exam questions.
- Generating lesson-level tests and mock exam papers.
- Generating one-mark, two-mark, five-mark, and ten-mark practice papers.
- Using AI-assisted explanations for doubt clarification and revision.
- Preparing teaching material, revision worksheets, and classroom practice within reasonable use.
3. Prohibited use
Users must not:
- Share account passwords publicly or use a subscription as a shared public login.
- Resell, sublicense, rent, or commercially redistribute Solver7 access or content.
- Scrape, crawl, bulk download, copy, or extract content using automated tools.
- Use bots, scripts, automated prompts, or load-testing tools without written permission.
- Reverse engineer, tamper with, bypass, or interfere with platform security or access controls.
- Generate excessive traffic or usage that harms platform stability or other users.
- Upload or enter unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, self-harm, or harmful content.
- Use Solver7 to cheat, impersonate another person, commit fraud, or violate examination rules.
- Use Solver7 to create a competing database, product, app, website, or service.
4. Fair-use controls
Solver7 may offer “unlimited” features for genuine learning and teaching use. To protect the platform, we may apply fair-use controls, rate limits, daily limits, abuse detection, login restrictions, or temporary blocks where usage appears automated, abusive, commercial, or harmful.
5. Enforcement
If we detect violation of this policy, we may warn the user, restrict a feature, temporarily suspend access, permanently terminate the account, refuse refund where misuse is established, or take legal action where necessary.
